Product Details

Cable grommets are offered for popular cable sizes. They help prevent rust in exterior applications where moisture is a factor by providing a barrier between the cable and the painted or powder-coated surface. Alternatively, they help prevent noise in interior applications by dampening vibration in the cables. These cable grommets are installed into holes after the paint or powder coating is applied.

This cable grommet works with 1/8" or 3/16" cable diameter, square or rectangular tube with .120" wall, and is intended for an intermediate post material slotted for a stairway pitch up to 36°. A 1/4" x 7/16" slot is required in the post or cable brace for proper use. Each package contains 100 grommets.
